Rewards are redeemed from your client dashboard and reviewed by our team before use. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, apply only to WeeGO rides, and cannot fully cover VIP packages.
WeeGO Trust Score
A discreet measure of your reliability as a member, punctuality, respectful conduct, loyalty, and consistent payments. Members in good standing keep their privileges; recurring no-shows, late arrivals or disrespectful behavior may temporarily reduce certain advantages.

Cancellation impact
We hold a seat, a driver and a window of time for you. Each cancellation slightly lowers your trust score, and the existing 30% cancellation policy continues to apply. We encourage planning carefully, your reliability is part of what makes the WeeGO experience exclusive.
