How WeeGO Works

A premium experience built on trust. Here is exactly how every ride happens from booking to confirmation, payment to driver with no surprises.

1. Book your ride

Choose a Simple Ride, Airport Transfer or Premium Package. Tell us pickup, destination, date, time, passengers and luggage. You will get an instant booking reference.

2. Pay directly in the app

Pay your booking deposit (or full amount for simple rides) via Wise, Revolut or bank transfer (IBAN). Upload your payment confirmation directly in the app. No emails, no friction.

3. Manual payment verification

WeeGO manually verifies every payment. This usually takes a few minutes during opening hours. You will see status update in real time on your booking page.

4. Driver selection & confirmation

Once your payment is accepted, WeeGO assigns one of our approved drivers. The driver receives the request and must accept it. If they decline, we automatically offer it to another approved driver.

5. When driver details are shared

For your safety and ours, driver contact details (name, phone, WhatsApp) are revealed only after both conditions are met: your payment is accepted and a driver has confirmed the ride.

6. Cancellation & refund policy

You can cancel a booking from your dashboard at any time before the ride.

If you cancel, only 30% of the amount paid is refundable. The remaining 70% is kept for organization, driver reservation and service fees.

Refunds are issued manually by WeeGO via bank transfer or PayPal within 5 business days.

7. Premium packages

Premium packages (Basic 400€ · Plus 500€ · VIP 850€) are designed for visitors staying multiple days in SXM. They include only what is listed on the Packages page no implicit extras.

8. Extra ride fees

Additional rides beyond your package allocation may be charged separately and arranged with your driver or via WeeGO directly.

9. Late-night & off-hours rides

Rides between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM may include a surcharge depending on driver availability. We will always confirm the surcharge in writing before the ride.

10. Waiting time

We include up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time at pickup. Beyond that, waiting time is billed at the driver's standard rate.

11. Driver availability & changes

WeeGO may change the assigned driver if needed depending on availability. The replacement driver will always be an approved WeeGO driver with comparable vehicle standards.

12. Client responsibilities

Please respect the agreed pickup time, vehicle, and your driver. Smoking, drugs and disrespectful behavior are not tolerated and may result in trip cancellation without refund.

13. The WeeGO promise
